[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-image:url(http://i54.tinypic.com/2vafwqd.jpg), border: solid #ffffff 5px; width: 400px; height: 500px;] this is the lovely bristol born carter mallows. she basically grew up in foster care until her foster mother adopted her and her two adoptive sisters. she moved to the states when she was seventeen and she's definitely taken new york by storm. i'm not quite sure if the big apple has gotten used to her and her wild ways just yet. she's a tough cookie who loves to have fun. you can always find her trying to make people laugh or liven things up. give her a good party and she'll make it even better. it's one of her favorite things to do without a doubt. she doesn't see the point in being serious all the time. that's not what life is about for her. she also doesn't think that life is just about how much money you have. she can't really stand people who are super spoiled and stuck up because they tend to look down on her. you can dare her to do just about anything at anytime and she'll most likely do it. she has a bit of an alcohol problem which doesn't go well with her job as a bartender but whatever. she also like to smoke both cigarettes and spliffs (that illegal herb...you know) and she's tried just about every drug out there more than once and she mostly liked them so don't be surprised if you find her high on something. it's her way of drowning out her feelings, but sometimes it can backfire on her. relationships damien oakley, bad influence, secret 'get high' friends

Hi,

So Damien is rich, spoilt and the son of a politician. But he hates most things about that world. Perhaps he could have met Carter, who could have accused him of being a typical stuck up rich guy, which he profusely denied. She could have been smoking a joint, or something like that, to which he asked her for one, to prove that he wasn't your typical rich kid. And then maybe she could have introduced Damien to more illegal substances, and then that could be how they know each other. She'd be a dealer, persay, and perhaps occasionally they could get high together and just have odd, high conversations in which Damien could be really honest with her, about how he feels about everyone and visversa. Perhaps he could have revealed his sexuality (bisexual) to her, even though it's a secret. Idk, so they could be like secret high, drug dealing, bad influence friends?

that actually sounds like something that carter would definitely do. she probably wouldn't be his actually dealer persay, like for money, but i could definitely see her supplying him/sharing with him when she has some. so instead of like selling it to him, after their first initial meet up, he'd call her or vice versa and she'd say something like 'i've got something that'll blow you're mind today or wanna get high' or something to that effect and then they'd meet up and just get high together and chill and talk.

Yeah that deffo works. I think like maybe he can keep her seperate from his ordinary life, so he can skip school and hang out with her and get high, and worry his parents crazy by staying out all night with her, but when it comes to his friends he can keep them seperate. (That's such a long sentence :O) Kind of like he's ashamed of her, although he'd constantly deny it if asked. Maybe over time he could develop a crush on her or something, or try and kiss her when they were high. Idkkkk. Fancy a rp sometime?

Carter works in a bar right? Josh drinks far too much so they'd know each other through that. Josh has a temper and he flies off the handle easily. He's bound to have caused lots of trouble while at work. When he's had a drink, Josh thinks he's above everyone and so maybe he's quite insulting to her. He'd be real pissed if he found out about what she was doing with his brother. Maybe someone could dare her to spike Josh's drink so he loosens up a little, but something goes wrong and he has some reaction and ends up in hospital or something? Just ideas...

i could definitely see some conflict between these two, especially if he acts superior when he's drinking. carter isn't one to hold her tongue, no matter where she is. she has a bit of a drinking problem too, but it tends to be a bit more under control when she's working. i can see her figuring out that he's damien's brother but not saying anything just yet. i like the hospital idea, but let's a wait a bit for that one. after they've interacted a couple of time.
