a little bit of history
In my youth i had quite a comfortable lifestyle. My mother and father split when i was young and my father moved to manhattan when i was six. I hardly ever saw him - simply only when he came to visit. My mother wasnt exactly rich, but she was hard working - and i kind of took advantage of that. Through my years in britain school i was a bit of a bitch in. i disliked learning, or anything revolving around school. Friends and glamour is what i wanted, and its what i craved like many girls in manhattan. Ive never been labelled a backstabber however, only a girl that doesnt know when to keep her mouth shut.
For my seventeenth birthday my mother paid for my driving licence. I failed two times, and passed the third time when i turned eighteen. No im not a bad driver but all the little bits they require you to do just flys right over my head. Shortly after my eighteenth birthday i fell into depression after watching my mother become an alcoholic. I begged her to give up - but she carried on. Loosing her job, her car, and eventually our home. We ended up on the streets but luckily i managed to call my father - who told me to apply for a visa and to come live with him. I didn't until i turned nineteen, i gave my mother the ultimatium. She either sorted herself out- or i was gone. She refused to go to rehab and so i moved to manhattan.
although i have only been here for a short time, ive loved every miniute. Its all the lifestyle i dreamed off. My father gave me everything - i dont have any grades so im not going to bother going to uni or working. I want to find someone that can support me. Im quite old fashioned and traditional. Although im not a virgin, i still like to class myself as one. Im currently waiting for a night in shinning armour - but whenever they come along i turn quite paranoid and nasty - constantly thinking they are going to cheat. Half the time i am right. But hey thats the upper east side for you.
